I have over 10 years’ experience leading customer experience programmes; managing a combination of technology, process and organisational change to deliver solutions which improve and enhance customer relationships. This includes 7 years in the telecommunications sector with BT and 3 years as a management consultant with KPMG across multiple B2C and B2B sectors.
Outside work I am a counsellor for a children’s charity, and I help my peers develop their public speaking skills through Toastmasters.
In 2016, I won the equivalent of an annual national public speaking contest to become the Toastmasters District 91 Speech Evaluation Champion.
Competing against thousands of members across England and Wales to deliver an analytical speech that was encouraging, logical and educational.
